When it comes to making life easy in the kitchen, you’ve got to have good tools. And, over the years, I’ve come to depend on a few essentials that I recommend to new and accomplished cooks.
I’ve put together a short, top-notch list of items that every home cook would be proud to use. Not only would all of these kitchen gadgets make fantastic presents, but they will also completely step up your culinary game.
Whether you’ve been cooking for years, or you just picked it up as a hobby, these tools will make everything from chopping vegetables to serving dinner much easier!
Crock Pot
The Crock Pot is my GO-TO kitchen tool, words cannot express how much I rely on it. Making everything from Potpourri and Mulled Cider to Chicken Thighs and Game Day Meatballs, Crock Pots are all about convenient cooking. If you are choosing one thing off this list to buy, I would highly recommend a Crock Pot.
Casserole Dishes
Casseroles are a true joy in this world, there’s something so comforting about a homemade casserole. It’s very important to have the proper casserole dishes, something reliable that you can use over and over again. Here are some of my favorite casseroles to make.
Food Processor
The biggest benefit of a food processor is time. From chopping to shredding to blending, this tool does it all, using a food processor cuts down on so much time preparing to cook. If you’re someone who’s big on Mise en place, I would absolutely recommend this. Some of my favorite recipes to use it with include…
Air Fryer
I use my Air Fryer at lease once a week, it’s usually more than that. You can use it for everything from Baked Potatoes to Bacon. The rapid circulation of hot air not only fries food without all the oils, but it can also reheat leftovers and bake treats like brownies
