Chocolate, vanilla and peanut butter all swirled together in one beautiful bite! Tiger butter is a mix of of most everyone’s favorite dessert flavors and is a splendid gift to give friends, neighbors and people you love during the holidays.
During this time of year, we all have people in our lives that we want to show how much we appreciate them. If you are like me, you’ve got the mail person, lawn guys, delivery people (they may need 2 treats!) the dog walker and others who have been really kind to you throughout the year. I always want to give them something “made with love” from my kitchen along with a gift card or two. This year, I decided on this yummy Tiger Butter Fudge. It is SO good and comes together in no time.
The first step is to melt almond bark in the microwave until smooth. It only take about 2 minutes and you’ve got the base layer of your Tiger Butter.
Step two is melting down some chocolate chips. I do that in the microwave as well. When all the chocolate is melted and stirred until smooth, you add the peanut butter. Now, there’s a little story here. Some recipes call for the peanut butter to be added to the vanilla but that didn’t work for me. See, my boys do not like peanut butter. I know, it’s sinful but there’s no changing their minds. So, I added the peanut butter to the chocolate just to *disguise* it. Believe it or not, it worked…they liked it!
Next, you just pour out the chocolate peanut butter mixture on top of the melted almond bark making lines.
Then…it’s time to get creative. Using a sharp knife, I made large swirls, then smaller ones to turn my Tiger Butter into something beautiful. Just go for it, friends. There’s no way to mess this step up.
At the end, you have something wonderful! I love the way the pretty swirls turned out and one bite of this fudge, you’ll know why it’s got butter in the name. It’s a marvelous treat, made with love that’s sure to let folks know how much you care about them.
Rich, creamy tiger butter is made with everyone's favorite flavors of chocolate, vanilla and peanut butter. It's a sweet treat that is perfect for giving to someone special.
