I’ve pulled together an incredible menu this week and I can’t wait for you to make it! Three of the recipes can be made the night before and the main dish is so simple that you’ll be amazed at how it turns out. 

This spring is proving to be a very busy time for me. My youngest is graduating from high school and has been in the throws of collage applications, music auditions, concerts, and paperwork deadlines. The “big man” is in and out most weeks and my oldest is starting his own business so there’s lots of phone calls and strategy sessions occurring. All of these wonderful things are happening and I’m so grateful to be right in the middle of all of it! One of my main goals when busy times hit, is to make sure I’ve got a few, family favorite menus I can pull out, so that everyone will stay fueled up and ready to tackle whatever comes up. This week’s line up is one of those! These recipes are great on their own but when they’re put together in one special menu, then I know I’ve got a plan guaranteed to get everyone to the supper table.
