This week we’ve got a menu that’s inspired by summer! Grilled chicken, a fresh salad, skillet potatoes and cheesy cornbread are recipes that will put everyone in the mood to head outdoors.
The wait is over! Spring is here and it’s time to fire up the grill and enjoy warmer weather. I’m ready to tidy up my yard, plants some flowers, get my herb garden going and soak up some sun. With all the outdoor chores on my list, one thing I don’t have to do is get my grill ready. I actually took care of that a couple of weeks ago because I was chomping at the bit to start grilling. I use the gas grill almost daily when the weather’s nice that’s why I couldn’t resist pulling together these recipe for Midweek Menu. All four of these dishes are easy as pie to make and they yield big results in the flavor arena. I’m also adding two “bonus” recipes that you might want to try if you want to get a bit “fancy” and show off your cooking prowess!
