Easter is right around the corner which means it’s time to finalize the menu. I’ve planned out the appetizers, main dish and dessert leaving open what might be considered the best part of the meal – the side dishes.

Like any special holiday or celebratory meal, side dishes tend to be the “real” star of the show. Not only are they scrumptious on their own, but they also help any main dish shine a little brighter.

This year, I’m looking forward to celebrating Easter with a renewed focus. I’ll be honoring family traditions plus adding in a few new ideas for a day that’s sure to be anything but boring. Here’s to making this Easter the best ever!
