Every year there tends to be a scramble to get a special meal on the table for Easter. We’ve got eggs to dye, baskets to fill and church services to attend. This spring, all of those things will still be happening, just a bit differently.
Easter Sunday is such an important day and this year, I’ll be doing my best to make it extra special. Since my family will be attending church at home there’s no rush to get fluffed up and head out the door. This gives me more time to spend on each and every part of the meal I’ll be serving. I’ve decided to keep the true spirit of the day alive with a new menu that I know my family will love. It’s got classic recipes along with some new “favorites.” Each one is simple to make with ingredients that are easy to come by.
So, this year, I’m looking forward to celebrating Easter with a renewed focus. I’ll be honoring family traditions plus adding in a few new ideas for a day that’s sure to be anything but boring. Here’s to making this Easter the best ever!
