Eight, easy, make ahead recipes for your Easter celebration are here in once great collection! From classic ham, cooked in the slow cooker, to salads, casseroles, fresh vegetables, homemade biscuits and southern banana pudding trifle, this is a menu that you’ll be proud to serve on this special, spring holiday.
For Easter this year, I’ve pulled together eight recipes that are proven winners. No matter the size of your family or gathering, this menu is sure to please everyone around the table. Easter Sunday can be a bit hectic with attending a sunrise service, going to church and the “must have” egg hunt, so I’ve designed this menu with recipes that can be made ahead of time or cooked in no time. I want to spend as much time as possible with my family and friends and not in the kitchen, that’s why with a bit of planning, I get to enjoy the day, too. I don’t stop at the menu though, when planning such a special meal, I also like to set the table ahead of time and chill down all the drinks. I have a master check list that keeps me on track for success. You’ll find what I use at the bottom of this post and I hope you’ll download and print a few copies for yourself!
I love Easter, and what it means and I love having my family all together to celebrate this meaningful day. I hope you’ll be able to spend some time sharing this menu or maybe just a few of the dishes with your loved ones this Easter!
