I am so tickled to share this menu with you this week for a couple of reasons. With St. Patrick’s Day right around the corner, our line up has 4 recipes that fit perfectly together to help you celebrate. Second, there are two recipes included that have been at the top of the “most favorites” list for several years. YES, I said years! My slow cooker, corned beef that I turn into sliders has been featured on BuzzFeed, Yahoo and several other media outlets as a must make for St. Pats day. Then there’s my quick, refrigerator pickle recipe that has stood the test of time. I’m not surprised at that one, since it comes from my Grandmother, Mama Swain. I hope you’ll make all four of these dishes and serve them up this week or for March 17. Your family might just find that pot of gold right at the family supper table!
