Appetizers, salads, soups, and stews. Main dishes, side dishes, and desserts. Drinks, snacks and just about everything in between has been shared on Midweek Menu. I still can’t believe we’ve hit the 100 mark!
My goal for Midweek Menu has always been to help home cooks get a meal on the table once a week for their family. I’m still as passionate as I was in the first post about giving you inspiration through easy to make recipes using simple ingredients. I think over these past weeks that goal has been accomplished and I’m honored to be part of your family suppers in some small way.
I couldn’t let this occasion go by without celebrating a bit. One of my favorite things in life is a covered dish supper so, that’s what’s happening at MM#100. Let’s party!
