This week’s menu is super simple, delicious and perfect for hungry families! Balsamic Chicken Thighs made on the grill or in the oven along with a potato casserole, fresh salad and sweet dessert make up a menu that’s irresistible.
Life in my house is a bit different these days. The boys have places of their own and most of folks, like me, are staying home more. One of the things I found with these changes is that I still need to make suppertime special for me and Mr. SS.
That’s where this menu comes into play. I’ve combined his absolute favorite chicken recipe with my love of salads and a couple of other simple, flavorful recipes for a meal both of us would love. Funny though, I shared with Hunter, my youngest son what the recipes are for MM#101 and got this response, “wow, well, what about me?”
With that request, I decided this menu would be perfect for Sunday Supper. So, here’s to honoring a simple request and a table loaded with good food surrounded by friends and family.
