It’s Wednesday and that means it’s time for Midweek Menu. This week we’re keeping the food flavorful and the kitchen cool!
On warm summer days I do my best to keep life slow, easy and cool. I like to make recipes that are sort of “no-brainers” and come together to make a yummy meal.
This week, I’m pulling out my slow cooker and my instant pot to help me cook up Midweek Menu #102. The only recipe that uses the stove is Skillet Green Beans and they are done in about 10 minutes. This is what I call a cool menu that’s loaded with savory and sweet dishes. Let’s get cooking!
