As we return to busy school nights and look forward to Fall, the search for yummy, easy to make recipes, and meals gets serious. That’s where Midweek Menu comes in.
Each week, my goal is to help families meet at the supper table to enjoy great food and each other. This week, I’ve put together a menu that’s somewhat of a throwback to the classics.
We’re going old school with a “meat and three” menu this week. Starting off with a fun appetizer then on to the BEST, crispest chicken made in the air fryer. Our sides include sweet, skillet apples, and a new twist on southern green beans. Let’s get cooking!
