Welcome back to Midweek Menu! Where the recipes are always easy and delicious. This week we are featuring food that’s savory, and sweet for a menu that your family will love.
This week I’m not playing around with meal planning. Things have already started out “hot” as far as my schedule goes so, I’m prepping, and planning like crazy so that I can enjoy a lovely meal with Mr. SS once the craziness settles down.
I’ve searched my files and found four recipes that can be made or prepped ahead of time. They are each simple yet have incredible flavor. As a bonus, the recipes make enough for leftovers.
So, with Midweek Menu #122 in hand, I’m ready to tackle the rest of the week. I’m not about to relinquish control of what I eat to some take-out menu or drive-thru. I hope you won’t either. Now, let’s get cooking!
Midweek Menu #122
Make with pineapple, cherries, oranges, coconut, pecans, and grapes all wrapped up in fresh whipped cream and marshmallows, is a fruit salad that dreams are made of!
These succulent meatballs are a slow cooker masterpiece and are great served as an appetizer or main dish!
Fresh broccoli that’s roasted with a touch of olive oil, nutty Parmesan cheese, and crunchy homemade breadcrumbs might just be the best, most simple side dish ever! Even the pickiest veggie eater will love this toasty version.
Made with simple ingredients and warm spices in a buttery crust, this pie is perfect for a weeknight meal and is a MUST on your holiday table.
