Get ready to have your taste buds blow away! This weeks Midweek Menu has four awesome recipes that fit together so beautifully that you won’t believe that you made them. This pork loin recipe has been a fan favorite for a long time and there’s little wonder why. It’s simple to put together, the crock pot does all the work and the fresh pineapple give it a mild sweet flavor. To soak up all that the good juices and gravy from the pork lone, quinoa is a great side dish. I’m giving you another short cut recipe because the quinoa can be make in the rice cooker or Instantpot! My roasted greens are a recipe that I’v shared before except this week, you are just adding a little Parmesan cheese to finish them off. Then, to bring it all home…lemon cream brulee! You won’t believe how simple this is to make and if your family is like mine, it will fast become one of your most favorite desserts. I seriously hope that you try this line up, friend. All four of these dishes are superstars on their own but when that are put together as a full menu, well, that’s where the magic happens. I’ve used these recipes for a casual weeknight meal and when we’ve had folks over. An added benefit is that all of the ingredients are pretty inexpensive and the recipes can easily be doubled.
