You know it’s a great week when every recipe on your menu takes less than 20 minutes to prepare! In this week’s lineup, we have a flavorful Chili recipe, an easy-to-make Brussels Sprouts Slaw, 5-minute Whipped Feta Dip, and a classic Southern Chocolate Chess Pie.
This past week, I’ve been thinking a lot about why I started these Midweek Menus. I know how hard it is to get tasty food on the table, you can save and print tons of recipes, but it’s still challenging to pull it all together into a full menu.
That’s why I want you to have one place to find all the recipes you need for a weeknight meal that is delicious, homemade, and stress-free.

With that in mind, I want to share this week’s stress-free Midweek Menu starting off with a fantastic Bloody Mary Chili recipe. With Bloody Mary Mix as a special ingredient, this Chili can be made stovetop and served in under an hour, or prepared in the Crock Pot before you go to work.
To accompany the Chili on your table, serve this 5-minute Creamy Whipped Feta Dip with your favorite crackers or crostini. This Brussels Sprouts Slaw is not only out of this world delicious, but it will become a fast favorite for even the pickiest eaters. To top it off, everyone can enjoy a slice of beautiful, rich Chocolate Chess Pie.

Let’s Eat Menu Planner
Now that we’ve got the menu, I want to give you another tool to help you be successful at cooking for yourself and your family.
I’ve made a one-page MENU PLANNER that you can download and print to log your target weekly recipes. Whether you are cooking a “theme” menu like Mexican or Italian, or have a recipe that uses chicken or beef, this helpful tool will make life easier.

My goal with Midweek Menu is to help you get a great meal on the table for your family with food that is delicious and recipes that are easy to make.
One of the ways to help you accomplish this is by sharing what I think are the best, helpful tools to make and serve the weekly menu. Here are some of my favorites along with a few recommendations to make cooking fun!
