If you’ve been following me for a while now, you’ve probably noticed that I am a big fan of “hands-off” cooking, I love all my kitchen gadgets. This meal perfectly combines bold flavors and convenient cooking, with the Air Fryer taking center stage and make-ahead recipes playing a strong supporting role.
When I make this menu, the first thing I like to prepare is my Air Fryer Baby Potatoes. They cook for 20 minutes in the Air Fryer, and then they’re tossed in butter, salt, pepper, and parsley. Once they’re done cooking, I recommend transferring the potatoes to a warm oven until you’re ready to serve.
If you want to make the BEST salmon, you have to turn to your Air Fryer! Perfectly seasoned and made in less than 10 minutes, this salmon is crispy on the outside yet juicy on the inside.
Antipasto Skewers are a make-ahead appetizer that’s packed full of flavor and can be served as a salad or an appetizer depending on the occasion. This simple-to-make, fresh-tasting dish comes together in less than 15 minutes and is sure to be a hit!
Last but not least, you can serve this showstopping Southern Pound Cake. It is a terrific dessert to make ahead and enjoy throughout the week with an irresistible, melt-in-your-mouth texture
