Y’all, I got so excited writing this menu that I raced to the store, so I can make it for dinner tonight. Composed entirely of Southern Soul fan-favorite recipes, I promise this menu will not disappoint. These dishes are not only easy to prepare in no time, but they’re all 5-star rated!
My recommendation is to make the Chocolate Chip Banana Bread at the beginning of the week, whenever you have a spare moment. That way you can enjoy it as a grab-and-go breakfast, as well as dessert!
When it comes to veggie side dishes, it doesn’t get better than my Roasted Broccoli recipe, even the pickiest veggie eater will love this toasty version. Juicy, buttery Pork Tenderloin is a super simple recipe, taking just over 30 minutes to make start to finish.
Then to finish the meal, serve Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes that are creamy on the inside with a crispy skin that is seriously tasty!
