The star of this show is Shrimp Salad! You can prepare this light, cool, refreshing main dish ahead of time. Adding to the menu is Easy Marinated Tomatoes that have a wonderful herbaceous flavor and can also be made ahead of time.
You can bake and serve these next two dishes in under 30 minutes! Roasted Broccoli is a 5-star rated dish that even the pickiest veggie eaters will enjoy. To polish off this meal, serve these addictive, crunchy Cheese Straws. YUM!
