Midweek Menu 182 brings the flavors of family cookouts right to your dinner table! Thanks to a little Crock Pot magic and 3 easy make-ahead recipes, this meal is flexible to fit your schedule, making life easy.
As you know by now, I designed these Midweek Menus to be a flexible meal plan. You can make the recipes one at a time throughout the week, or all for one meal.
Just like peanut butter and jelly, Creamy Coleslaw and Buffalo Chicken are just meant to be served together! Thanks to the Crock Pot, you can prepare the chicken ahead of time to go about your day. Come dinner time, you can pile it high on toasted buns, top with a coleslaw recipe that’s made in 10-minutes, and you’ve got a match made in heaven!
Pickles are a must-have addition to any meal with Buffalo Chicken, but don’t stop there! Turn your jar of dill pickles into something extra special with a packet of ranch seasoning.
To top off this delicious meal, serve simple to make Chocolate Dip! Whipped up in less than 15 minutes, you can make this tasty treat with just 5 ingredients! I like to serve this dish with fresh fruit, cookies, or salty snacks.
