If you’re having a busy week, this is a menu you can make the most of! These recipes can be served for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner and are easy to double or triple and reheat throughout the week.

Ham and Cheese Strata is an overnight casserole that can be made ahead of time and is also freezer friendly! If you’re serving the Strata as a weeknight meal, I recommend pairing it with an easy veggie side dish like Air Fryer Green Beans. These 5-star-rated green beans are ready to serve in just 15 minutes, and there’s very little cleanup.

Another family favorite make-ahead recipe is Grape Salad! It’s creamy and refreshing and only takes 10 minutes to prepare. This sweet salad, as well as the S’mores Brownies, also make fantastic additions to school lunches. Whether you are meal prepping or you’re just looking for a tasty ‘breakfast for dinner,’ Midweek Menu 196 is perfect!
