It’s time to celebrate! Why? Did you notice?
Today marks the 200th publication of Midweek Menu! I am absolutely thrilled. You have cooked along with me over the months and years. We’ve made many meals together, and I know those gathered around the table were happy and well-fed.
Now, it’s time to make more good memories, cook more great recipes, and make the kitchen fun. How are we going to do all that? We will start with easy-to-make recipes using simple, no-fuss ingredients that you have on hand or can easily find in the grocery store.
What’s Midweek Menu All About?
- It’s published each Wednesday.
- There are a minimum of 4 recipes included, sometimes more.
- Each recipe is easy to make.
- There are no fancy ingredients. You know, the type of thing you’ll only use once for a particular recipe.
- You can make the meal any day of the week.
- The bottom line is to inspire you to make a delicious meal for your family and have some fun doing it.
