Serving a midweek menu can be a game-changer for busy families looking to simplify their weeknight meals, eat some delicious food and spend time together. For years, I’ve been passionate about helping families gather at the table, and Midweek Menu is a simple way to make that happen.

I love dreaming up new recipes that are loaded with flavor from simple, seasonal ingredients. And for me, it’s even more fun putting those recipes together to serve as a meal for my family, friends, and you.

Midweek Menu 217 Timeline

This week, all four recipes come together in a short amount of time. Here’s the cooking order for pulling this meal together:

  1. 30 minutes – mix up the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie bars and put them in the oven.
  2. 20 minutes – season the chicken legs and start cooking them in the air fryer.
  3. 10 minutes – wash the salad greens and any veggies for the salad. Add the ingredients to a mason jar and make the fresh blueberry dressing. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
  4. 15 minutes – make the stovetop cheesy tortellini.
