Who says a light, easy-to-make meal has to be boring? Not me! Midweek Menu 221 has four delicious recipes that are perfect for enjoying with family or friends.



The week’s meal came together so easily, and three recipes have a common ingredient, lemons! I didn’t do that on purpose, but I sure do like it.
