It’s time to salute one of America’s most beloved holidays, the 4th of July! Everyone loves to celebrate with parades, fireworks and of course cookouts and picnics. If you’re ready to honor Independence Day with some All American recipes, to share with your family and friends, then you’ve come to the right place. This collection makes a menu full of delicious recipes that are easy to make and fun to eat.

This year, we’ll be celebrating the 4th of July in the beautiful foothills of our state, North Carolina. I’ll be cooking up these dishes over the next few days to enjoy with our family while we take a little time off to chill out, cool off and enjoy each others company. So, here’s to a great long weekend, celebrating our nations freedom, independence and all the things that make us proud to be an American.
