It’s time to celebrate, friend! We’ve reached a milestone here at Midweek Menu. For fifty weeks, we’ve been cooking together and I’m ready to honor our time together. We’ve been working hard to put great food on the table for our loved ones. This job is not for the faint of heart. Our schedules are loaded and sometimes, the world tries to steal our joy but we’ve keep our goal in sight and have proven with some careful planning and a few, easy to make recipes, we can do it. I am so proud of everyone who works hard at making a home cooked meal for their family. So, let’s keep things rolling strong with this menu that is sure to make you look like a super star at the family table!
How this menu works:
- We’re making Taco Salads!
- You’ll need a bag of tortilla chips, sour cream and hot sauce to make the salad complete.
- On a plate, make a bed of tortilla chips. Then, top with lettuce, veggies and cheese. Add Shredded Mexican Chicken, Five Minute Salsa and sour cream then a dash of hot sauce and you’re done!
