This week I’ve got a surprise for you. Our main dish, Pulled Pork can be made two ways. You can cook it low and slow in the crock pot or if you own an Instant Pot, you can pressure cook it. Both ways are terrific and produce tender, juicy meat that’s infused with flavor. I use both methods and choose which one based on how busy I am. They both work equally well, so take your pick!

For this menu, I use flavorful pulled pork for sliders. I like to serve my BBQ “red” slaw on top of the sliders along with a dash or two of hot sauce. To cool things off, Creamy Cucumber Salad is the ideal matchup. To complete the meal, this week our dessert is something extra special. Blueberry Cake with a Sour Cream Icing is so delicious that you’ll have a hard time not asking for seconds!
