Make suppertime stress free with Midweek Menu! Four delicious, easy to make recipes that save time and money make gathering the family around the table a welcome treat.Midweek Menu #69 features Pizza Pasta Bake, Fresh Green Salad, Sauteed Squash and Onions along with Pecan Pie Tarts. Easy to make recipes to help get supper on the table on a busy weeknight.

One of the best things about planning out my weekly means is how much stress it relieves. There’s no drama or confusion and heaven knows, there’s enough of that in life as it is! So, grabbing a pen and paper and mapping out what I’ll be cooking during the week is actually a fun activity.

This week’s menu has four recipes that are favorites on their own. I like them not only for their yummy flavors but also because they are so easy to make. Our main dish, Pizza Pasta Dish is a make-ahead, one-pan wonder. Add in a Fresh Salad, with different toppings to make your own “salad bar” that everyone will enjoy. Sauteed Squash and Onions is a simple veggie recipe that’s become a classic in my house. Last but not least, Pecan Pie Tarts are the perfect small bite to finish off the meal. Now…let’s get cooking!
