We’ve reached a milestone! Midweek Menu is celebrating 75 weeks of getting an easy to make meal on the table. One of the highlights of my week is when I have family and friends around the supper table. It means the world to me that you’re along with me on this goal of making mealtime special for the people we love.
This week the recipes that make up our menu are full of seasonal flavors. The appetizer, main dish, and dessert can all be made ahead of time. The side dish is so simple to prep and only takes about 15 minutes to cook. All in all, this dinner can be on the table in less than an hour. That’s just enough time to slip into your comfy clothes, pour yourself a glass of wine and check in with your family.
