This week, I’ve got a menu line up that will absolutely make everyone at the supper table smile! I can confidently say that my family loves these dishes and they are proven winners. The funny thing is…I’m happy because every one of these dishes starts out with a “store bought” item that’s turned into something extraordinary. There’s no double that getting a great dinner on the table during the busiest time of the week is hard, we all struggle with that but with some smart strategies using store prepped ingredients, we can all succeed!

Pick up a store bought rotisserie chicken to use in the casserole.
Wash the salad greens, place in serving bowl the night then cover with a damp paper towel or dish cloth. Make the salad dressing and keep in a jar ready to dress the salad before serving.
Prep the rolls in the skillet while you’re getting all the other dishes ready.
Set out glasses, straws and spoons the night before. Chill Cheerwine soda in fridge.
