If you’ve been hanging out with me for a while it’s no secret that my favorite part of the week is when my family is gathered around the supper table. Often times there’s a few extra folks that join in and that just makes my heart sing. Even though the boys are grown and off on their own, they still make it a point to swing by for some home cooking along with a few hugs and kisses thrown in.
Over the past few days, the weather has been incredibly beautiful. So, there was only one thing to do. Fire up the grill! I also hit up my local farmers market for some fresh veggies. Pulling this menu together is super easy and one that will be on permanent rotation all summer long.
