It’s time to start hitting the books again and we’ve got open house at the boys schools tonight. So, I thought it best to get fortified for the events. If you are not from the South, you probably don’t know what Cheerwine is and I am so sorry. It’s absolutely wonderful with flavors of cherry & cola syrup with lots and lots of bubbles. This drink is made right down the road from me and is know as the “Nectar of North Carolina.” Mix it up with some vanilla ice cream, add few extra cherries and you’ve got something good going on. Here’s to a great school year, friends!
