Best Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Ingredients You Need

- russet potatoes - vegetable oil - butter - sour cream - cheddar cheese - cooked bacon - onion - salt and pepper - green onion

Drizzle washed potatoes with oil and salt. Bake them in the oven for about 1 hour, until they're fork-tender.

Once cooled, cut an oval in the skin and scoop out the inside of the potato. Place in a mixing bowl, and mash with butter.

Add the cheese, onion, bacon, sour cream, salt and pepper to the bowl with mashed potatoes. Mix well to combine.

Stuff the mixture into the potatoes. Bake 15 minutes at 400°. Top with cheese and bake another 5 minutes.

Serve the twice-baked creamy stuffed potatoes with your favorite toppings... Like more of everything!
