Easy Crock Pot Turkey Breast

Ingredients You Need

- carrots - celery - onion - garlic - turkey breast - butter - salt and pepper - garlic powder - onion powder - dried thyme - dried sage

Spray the crock with cooking spray. Place the carrots, celery, onion, and garlic in the bottom of the crock.

1

Combine softened butter with the seasonings. Slather on the turkey breast, and place breast side down in the crock.

2

Cook on LOW for 5 hours. Check internal temp - it should be 165°. Cook for an additional 30 minutes if needed.

3

Remove from crock pot and place the turkey in a baking dish. Broil for 5-6 minutes to get the skin nice and crispy.

4

To make the gravy, melt butter in a pan. Add flour and stir to cook, then whisk in stock until thick. Season to taste.

5

Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes, then carve and place on a serving platter. Serve with gravy on the side or drizzle on top.
