  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup low fat or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup blueberries or other fruit of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons aliments or other nuts of your choice
  1. Place all ingredients into a sealable jar or container.
  2. Mix together and chill for 8 hours.
  3. Sprinkle nuts on top of oats before serving.
