An easy, make ahead appetizer that will win rave reviews from all the bacon lovers!
Heat oven to 250 degrees.
Cut bacon slices into 3 equal part, crosswise. Wrap each cracker with a bacon slice, not overlapping edges. Place cracker, end side down on a sprayed rack resting in a backing sheet.
Bake for approximately 1 and 20 minutes until bacon is crisp but not crunchy around cracker. Remove from oven and let cool on rack for 8 minutes. Can be served immediately or store in an airtight container.
