Mix together crushed graham crackers, sugar and butter. Spoon into the bottom of mason jars. Pack down the mixture with the back of a spoon to make the crust.
In a medium-size bowl, beat the heavy cream with a hand mixer until firm peaks form.
In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream. Using a spoon, layer the cream cheese mixture over the crust in each jar. Top with cherry pie filling. Place jars in the refrigerator to chill for 2 hours.
