Grilled Green Beans
If you love grilling, this simple recipe will have you adding veggies to all your grilled meals.
- 1 - 2 pounds blanched green beans
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Heat grill to high.
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, salt and pepper. Add green beans and toss to coat with oil mixture.
Place beans in a grill basket over grill grate. Once beans begin to char, shake basket or use grill tongs to move beans around. When beans are browned on most sides, approximately 4 minutes, remove from heat.
Transfer to serving bowl and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
