These potatoes are tender and flakey on the inside with amazing super crispy skin.
1. Scrub and dry potatoes.
2. Drizzle them with olive oil then sprinkle with kosher salt.
3. Rub the oil and the salt over the potatoes.
Place them in the basket of the
air fryer and cook at 400 degrees until fork tender.
Cut open, fluff and
add your favorite toppings!
