Cream cheese sausage balls are a delicious, easy-to-make appetizer that can be served on any occasion. Adding cream cheese takes this classic recipe to a whole new level, making these sausage balls the all-time best!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees, and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
To the bowl of a standing mixer, add all of the ingredients, reserving some parsley for a garnish.
Using two spoons or an ice cream scoop, create 1 inch balls with the mixture and place on lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes then remove from oven.
Serve warm with ranch, BBQ sauce, or both!

To Make Ahead:
Make according to the recipe, then place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover the baking sheet with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
You can also freeze sausage balls. Shape the batter into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze the baking sheet for at least 1 hour, or until the sausage balls are frozen solid. Transfer the frozen sausage balls to a freezer-safe bag or container and freeze for up to 6 weeks.
