Mulled Apple Cider should be named the official drink of fall. This Crock Pot version is special since it keeps the cider nice and warm when you're entertaining during the holidays, tailgating or just taking things nice and slow on a chilly day.
Place all ingredients in crock pot. Stir. Place lid on slow cooker and heat on low for 2 hours. Serve.
