Ingredients
- 1 (15.25 oz) package yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 8 ounce block softened cream cheese
- 3 ½ cup confectioners sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking dish or two 9-inch round pans.
- In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, melted butter, 2 eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into pan, spread evenly.
- In a separate bowl combine confectioners' sugar, cream cheese, and the remaining 2 eggs, mix well and pour over the top of the cake batter.
- For about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before slicing.
