Ingredients
Basil Simple Syrup

sugar

cup
water

basil leaves

Templeton Rye

basil simple syrup

pitted cherries

whole lemon sliced

bottle Rose wine
Instructions
Simple Syrup
Bring water and sugar to a boil and let sugar melt.
Take off heat, add 4 basil leaves and let cool. Remove basil leaves before use.
The Tipsy Cherry
Pour Rye whiskey and simple syrup into a pitcher. Add cherries and muddle until cherries are slightly broken up.
Add lemon slices and stir.
Pour in Rose and gentlystir. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
