Whipped Ranch Dip
Light, creamy, and full of ranch flavor, this easy Whipped Ranch Dip made with ricotta and chives is perfect for veggies, chips, or crackers—ready in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients

15 ounce
whole milk ricotta cheese
1
tablespoon
extra-virgin olive oil
1
teaspoon
fresh lemon juice
1
teaspoon
kosher salt
3
tablespoons
ranch seasoning (homemade or store-bought)

teaspoons
chopped fresh chives, divided
Instructions
Place the ricotta in the bowl of a food processor. Process (pulse on and off) until creamy and smooth, 1 - 2 minutes.
Add the oil, lemon juice, and salt and process until well combined, about 30 seconds.
Sprinkle with the ranch seasoning and pulse to combine. Add 1 tablespoon chives and pulse once or twice to combine.
Spoon dip into a bowl. Top with remaining 1 teaspoon chives.Cover and chill for 30 minutes to an hour before serving.
