Air Fryer Potato Wedges are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside making them a great side dish or snack! These perfectly seasoned potato wedges finished with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and parsley are made in minutes and terrific served with your favorite dipping sauce.
To a large bowl with cold water, add 1 cup of ice cubes add potato wedges. Let sit for 15 minutes. Remove potatoes from cold water and dry on dish towel or paper towels.
Place potato wedges on a sheet pan. Drizzle over olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika salt and pepper. Toss to coat potatoes.
Working in batches, place potato wedges in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer. Set temperature to 400 degrees. Cook potatoes for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 8 - 10 minutes until potatoes are cooked and crispy on the outside.
Remove potatoes, place in a serving bowl or platter. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Serve immediately and enjoy!
