Cozy up to autumn with a warm mug of Pumpkin Spice Latte made in the Crock Pot! Its cup is full of warm spices, pumpkin, and cream, then topped with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon. Forget the coffee shop and make this classic dreamy drink at home.
Add the coffee, milk, and heavy cream to your Crock Pot.
In a small bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the milk and coffee and whisk until fully combined.
Cook on HIGH for 2 hours or LOW for 3 hours. To serve, set crock pot to warm and serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Notes
Recipe Variations:
Make it Decaf: You can use decaf coffee in this recipe, which'll still be delicious!
Salted Caramel: When serving this, drizzle caramel over whipped cream and top with flaky sea salt.
Pumpkin Mocha: Add chocolate syrup or hot cocoa powder to the crockpot to make this a PSL mocha.
How To Store Leftovers:
If you have any leftover PSL, store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days. Reheat it on the stovetop or microwave, and add whipped cream and cinnamon to serve.
