Helpful Items For This Recipe

Here are a few items to make this recipe easy to make, along with making it pretty to serve. Here’s what I use:

  • Slow Cooker and Serving Ladle
  • Glass Mugs
  • Spice Shaker
  • Fall Napkins

What Makes Pumpkin Spice So Good?

Whether it’s the anticipation of cool weather, the leaves changing colors, or the warm aromas of fall spices, pumpkin spice is something that so many of us look forward to in autumn.

Pumpkin Pie Spice is a classic blend made with ground cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice. Each spice is beautiful on its own, but when combined, it is turned into the iconic warm blend we all crave in Fall.

How To Make Pumpkin Spice Lattes In The Crock Pot

  • Add the coffee, milk, and heavy cream to your Crock Pot.
  • Whisk together the pumpkin puree, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the milk and coffee and stir until fully combined.
  • Cook on HIGH for 2 hours or LOW for 3 hours.
  • To serve, set the crockpot to warm and serve the lattes in pretty glasses topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or a whole cinnamon stick for garnish.

How To Store Leftovers

If you have any leftover PSL, you can store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days. Reheat it on the stovetop or in the microwave, add whipped cream and cinnamon to serve.

Can I Make An Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte?

Yes, you sure can! Pour any leftover latte mix over ice, stir or shake and enjoy.

Can I Use Decaf Coffee?

Of course. I like to make a decaf version of pumpkin spice latte in the afternoon. Just brew your favorite decaf coffee and follow the instructions for making the latte.

What Can I Use Other Than Sugar As A Sweetener?

You can use brown sugar, honey, maple syrup, or other sugar substitutions. Taste and adjust to your liking.
