Ingredients

14 ounce
can of sweetened condensed milk
3
cups
semi-sweet chocolate chips
2
tablespoons
unsalted butter
1
teaspoon
vanilla
pinch
kosher salt
1
cup
chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
Line a 8x8 or 8x9 pan with parchment paper or waxed paper. Set aside.
Add condensed milk, chocolate chips, butter, vanilla, and salt to a saucepan. Melt over medium-low heat, until smooth and creamy.
Pour fudge into prepared pan. Place in the refrigerator to cool. When set, slice, and serve.
Pecan Fudge
When all ingredients are melted and the fudge is smooth and creamy, add in ¾ of the chopped pecans.
Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle remaining pecan over top.
