Sheet Pan Sausage and Potatoes
Sheet pan cooking is easy cooking, delicious eating and super easy clean-up. Brats and potatoes go together really well, and when done in one pan, are really easy to do!

Ingredients
2
packages beer brats - Johnsonville
1
large sweet potato - washed and cut into large chunks
½
pound
yukon gold potatoes - washed and cut into large chunks
1
small red onion - peeled and cut into chunks
⅓
cup
olive oil
½
teaspoon
Italian seasoning
½
teaspoon
salt
1
tablespoon
fresh parsley - chopped
Instructions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, add olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt and mix. Add potatoes and onion and toss till coated.
Remove brats from packaging and line in two rows on sheet pan. Place vegetables on pan surrounding brats.
Place in oven and cook for 20 minutes. Check for doneness - brats will have a deep color and potatoes will have golden edges.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley.
Serve as is or on a roll with your favorite toppings.
