– Bacon Grease – you can substitute butter if you don’t have any.
– Kosher Salt
In a cast iron or heavy skillet, 2 tablespoons of butter along with bacon fat over medium-low heat.
Melt the Butter
Add corn and cook for about 10 minutes until liquid becomes thick. Add salt and pepper and remaining butter and cook for 5 more minutes.
