It’s the perfect combination of crunchy, creamy, salty, and sweet.
It's great for lunch, but I’ve also served it as a side dish along with Air Fryer Salmon and turned it into a main dish by adding Cajun Garlic Shrimp.
Fresh pears, spinach, toasted pecans, red onion, and Parmesan cheese are all tossed in a homemade dressing to make a fall salad masterpiece!
